At Innovescent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
